You can also choose from a wide variety of font options for your baby's name. See listing photos to view your options.
Please list your baby's name in the special instruction box at checkout exactly how you'd like it to appear on the plaque. Please also list your font choice for your baby's name.

* PACKAGING AND SHIPPING *
Your name plates will be ready to ship in 5-7 business days. Please note default shipping is letter mail WITHOUT a tracking number - these parcels can take 2-3 weeks (or more) to be delivered. We highly recommend upgrading your shipping to a tracked parcel if you need it quickly :)
* RETURNS & EXCHANGES *
Due to the customization of this listing, returns and exchanges will not be accepted. However, if I have made a mistake, I will replace or refund as necessary. However, I will not refund the cost of shipping to return any items.
* CANCELLATIONS *
Cancellations with a full refund will be accepted within 24hrs of order being placed. A partial refund will be issued if order is cancelled any time after the initial 24 hrs - please send me a message if this is the case and details will be discussed. Orders cannot be returned or exchanged after the print has been shipped.
** Any errors in addresses and personal information entered at checkout will be the responsibility of the customer. I highly recommend carefully reviewing all information prior to purchasing. **
