Shipping policy

All items will be shipped as Letter Mail (Canada)or Small Packet Air (USA) unless otherwise stated at checkout or an upgrade is purchased. Processing times vary from item to item. Please read the item's description to view the processing time for that item. 

The Lovely Lettering Co. agrees to ship all items within the pre-determined processing time listed within the items description. Once items are shipped, The Lovely Lettering Co. holds no responsibility on how quickly the parcel is delivered by Canada Post. 

Any errors in addresses and personal information entered at checkout will be the responsibility of the customer. I highly recommend carefully reviewing all information prior to purchase.
