All tags come with a white chiffon ribbon.

Please note that the wood name tags are laser cut and can obtain burn marks during the cutting process. This is only a natural occurrence of the process and not a product defect.

* PACKAGING AND SHIPPING *
This item takes 5-7 business days to be ready for shipment. Your name tag(s) are wrapped and shipped in a padded envelope to ensure its safe arrival. Please note the name tags are automatically shipped as letter mail which can take 2-3 weeks for delivery, in some case longer. If you would like to receive your name tag in a more timely manner, we highly recommend upgrading to tracked shipping.

* RETURNS & EXCHANGES *
Due to the nature of this listing, returns will not be issued.

* CANCELLATIONS *
Cancellations with a full refund will be accepted within 24hrs of order being placed. A partial refund will be issued if order is cancelled any time after the initial 24 hrs - please send me a message if this is the case and details will be discussed. Orders cannot be returned or exchanged after the print has been shipped.
