Lids and 3D shapes are made from 1/4" Baltic Birch wood and made using a laser. Due to being laser cut and engraved, burning around the edges and/or lettering may occur. This is not a product defect, just an natural result of the process.

* PACKAGING AND SHIPPING *
Your order will be ready to ship in 3-5 business days. Lids are carefully packaged to ensure it's safe arrival to you.

* RETURNS & EXCHANGES *
Due to the customization of this listing, returns and exchanges will not be accepted. However, if I have made a mistake, I will replace or refund as necessary. However, I will not refund the cost of shipping to return any items.

* CANCELLATIONS *
Cancellations with a full refund will be accepted within 24hrs of order being placed. A partial refund will be issued if order is cancelled any time after the initial 24 hrs - please send me a message if this is the case and details will be discussed. Orders cannot be returned or exchanged after the item has been shipped.
