Heart Name Tag - Valentine Name Tag

This Heart name tag is the perfect addition to a Valentine Day basket. Personalize with the name of your choice. And they ship for free!

Names are engraved on the heart (and colour filled for our acrylic options) and each tag comes with a ribbon to hang on your little's gift (white, pink and twine available).

Tags are available in wood and acrylic. Wood tags are engraved. The acrylic tags are colour filled with your choice of colour.

Please include the name(s) for the tag(s) in the personalization box.

The heart measures 3.25" tall and 3" in width.

Please note that the wood name tags are laser cut and engraved and can obtain burn marks during the cutting process. This is only a natural occurrence of the process and not a product defect.

* PACKAGING AND SHIPPING *
This item takes 5-7 business days to be ready for shipment. Your name tag(s) are wrapped and shipped in a padded envelope to ensure its safe arrival. Please note the name tags are automatically shipped as letter mail which can take 2-3 weeks for delivery, in some case longer. If you would like to receive your name tag in a more timely manner, we highly recommend upgrading to tracked shipping.

Cancellations with a full refund will be accepted within 24hrs of order being placed. A partial refund will be issued if order is cancelled any time after the initial 24 hrs - please send me a message if this is the case and details will be discussed. Orders cannot be returned or exchanged after the print has been shipped.
